Amy and Jordan’s Flat White Cafe Wedding in Waihi Beach was the perfect combination of stunning scenery, familiar faces, and a whole lot of fun. This was the third wedding I have photographed within their circle of friends, and it is always special turning up to a day where so many people already feel like old mates. Being invited back to document another chapter of their crew’s story is such a privilege, and it always makes the atmosphere feel even more relaxed and enjoyable.
Flat White Cafe is one of the most iconic wedding venues in Waihi Beach. Set right on the sand, it offers uninterrupted views of the ocean, with ceremonies taking place just steps from the water. Couples who choose a Flat White Cafe wedding are able to exchange vows with nothing but the beach and the horizon in front of them, creating an atmosphere that feels both laid back and unforgettable.
